Game 10 vs. Teeswater
The Capitals would travel north to play Teeswater in a battle of two undefeated teams.  The game played on July 25th would feature incredible pitching and outstanding fielding throughout its seven innings of play.

The top of the second would see Parker hit a hard ball but fine fielding and a strong throw to first base would beat the speedy runner at the bag.  The next two Walkerton batters would each strike out to end the side.  The bottom half of the inning Teeswater would score 4 runs after sending 7 batters to plate.

The third inning would see Walkerton's bats come to life Ryan Hinsperger would single to lead things off and then proceed to steal second base.  Ryan would advance to third after Ethan  Smith hit into a fielders choice play.  Cayleb Peitz would walk and then steal second.  Connor Farrell would single but Cayleb would be caught in a run down between second and third.  Conner would steal second and then third but would be left stranded as the final out would be recorded.  Teeswater would add to its lead by scoring three more runs in the bottom of the inning.  After three innings in the books Teeswater would lead 7-1.

The fourth inning had Riley Harris lead things off for Walkerton with a walk.  He would quickly steal second base.  Lukas Watke would then walk.  The next batter would hit into a double play ball.  The final out would be recorded as Riley would be left stranded at third base.  Ethan Smith would come into pitcher in the bottom of the inning and shut down the Teeswater bats striking out three of the four batters.

The Capitals would go into the seventh inning and send four batters to the plate and while they threatened they would be unable to score.  Teeswater would not need to take to the field in the bottom half of the inning.

The Capitals would lose their first game of the season.  They played well but the Teeswater team played that much better.  The boys will have to put the lose behind them as there is still lots of ball to be played before the season ends.
