Once again Walkerton Minor Ball (WMB) will be
offering indoor training sessions. These sessions will help our players get
warmed up for season ahead.
All training sessions will be held at St. Theresa of Calcutta gymnasium. Please bring an indoor pair of running shoes, ball glove, and a positive attitude.
The school gymnasium is only so big, so for all the sessions we are asking that parents/guardians sign their child up in advance. You can do so by emailing [email protected]
Please indicate what date, and time you are signing your child up for along with the child’s name.
Throwing & catching mechanics
This age group will focus on basic baseball skill development.
March 15, 22, 29, April 5 & 12, 2018
6pm to 7pm - Players born in 2009, 2010 & 2011
Pitcher (Baseball) and catcher sessions:
These sessions will focus on skill development in the areas of pitching, catching and infield mechanics.
March 15, 22, 29, April 5 & 12, 2018
7pm - 8pm Players born in 2007 - 2008
8pm - 9pm Players born in 2005 - 2006
Sessions will be offered as a pay as you play format. Each session will be at a cost of $5 per child. With any money raised going towards equipment for the 2018 season.
